Q. HOW DO I USE 10-10-457?
A. To place calls within the U.S (state-to-state or in-state), or to Canada:
Dial 10-10-457 +1 + area code + telephone number
To place international calls:
Dial 10-10-457 + 011 + country code +city code + telephone number

Q. HOW DO I FIND OUT IF SERVICE IS AVAILABLE IN MY AREA?
A. 10-10-457 is available to most U.S. households at this time. To find out if service is available from your home, please call our customer care line at 1-800-787-3333.
Unfortunately, customers who have Excel as their pre-subscribed long distance company may not be able to take advantage of 10-10-457's great rates.

Q. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO USE 10-10-457?
A. When you dial 10-10-457, you pay only 4¢ a minute for state-to-state calls every evening (between 7pm and 6:59am) with a low 5-minute minimum per completed call. And all state-to-state calls made during the day (7am to 6:59pm) are only 10¢ per minute with a 5-minute minimum per completed call. In-state rates vary. Low connection fee of 25¢ per domestic call and 50¢ per international call applies.

Q. HOW AM I BILLED FOR CALLS WHEN I USE 10-10-457?
A. Charges for calls made using 10-10-457 are billed to you through your local phone company and will appear on separate pages of your regular home phone bill.

Q. ARE THERE ANY OTHER MONTHLY FEES?
A. NO. There are no monthly plan fees, no signing up and no switching phone companies. You are only billed for the calls you make, plus applicable governmental fees and taxes.

Q. IF I'M HAVING DIFFICULTY DIALING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A. If you are having difficulty dialing for any reason, please contact our customer care center at 1-800-787-3333 so that we may assist you. Remember, calls must be placed from your residential home phone and cannot be made to 800, 888, 877, 500, 456, 700, 900 or 976 prefixes.
